18.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. Arbitration shall take place in Kentucky. Each party shall bear its own costs.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class member or representative in any class or representative action.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intent to the greatest extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BioGegist regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
